How long does it take to occupy an apartment?

Of course, it varies, we usually get feedback from 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on the condition of the apartment. If necessary, we will suggest improvements for easy renting of your apartment. We are in contact with you all the time.

How are the tours? Do I have to be at the tours in person?

It is by agreement, we usually have the keys from the owners, or they give us the contacts of the current tenants and we do the inspections ourselves. If the owner would like to be in person at each inspection, that is also possible. As soon as we have a suitable tenant, we call the owner and, after approval, we prepare a reservation and rental agreement.

What is a medium-term lease and a long-term lease

Medium-term rental - this is a rental from 3 months to 10 months. Long-term lease - min. for 1 year with the possibility of extension. We can offer apartments in both ways, it is according to the agreement with the owner.

I can use your rental agreement but I would like to add 2 paragraphs to the agreement?

Yes you can. If it is not against the law, then we will certainly accommodate you as much as possible. You can also choose our contract, which is in Czech and English.
